Winter Solstice
Today is the Winter Solstice in the Northern Hemisphere so it's the shortest day and the longest night.
I hate the dark evenings so roll on the lighter nights but I know it will be a while before we notice any change.

so that means if it's the longest night I get me a longer sleep!!!
It is the only thing I dislike about the winter months, the dark mornings and the early dark nights
i'm with you-- not a fan of all the darkness!
Have hope! That's all it takes.
Open the shades and turn on all the lights. Your brain needs it.

That would make it our Summer Solstice then. Now wonder I'm not getting much sleep.
