Happy Valentines Day Chris. I hope Embee has something nice planned. I don't think Bryan has even registered the day. But he did bring me a nice hibiscus flower home yesterday when he went out for a walk/run.

Marmite was not so common in HK so I am afraid that I missed that, erm, great British taste sensation.

What is it? I have had vegemite. Any relation?

angela thank you for the award it's perfect for today!

lisa and junebug its a spread (yeasty lots B vits). You can use it for flavouring in cooking~ we like it thinly spread on buttered toast. It's great in sandwiches with cheese and/or crisps (chips I think you call them)!
