Schools out!

This is my niece's daughter who came to visit last week. She is 16 and has just finished her GCSE exams and has now left school. She has the summer ahead of her before she commences a childcare course, in September, at a local college. She is a very determined young lady and I wish her lots of success.

Wow, she looks so grown up.

I was telling Dillon about Kelly leaving school, he thought it was strange as nearly everyone in Ireland stays in school until they are 18. It's funny how two countries so close are so different.

Cazzie thanks for dropping in and the words of encouragement for K*****.

Beccy tell Dillon lots of kids do stay on at school and do A levels before uni or college. Some like K go on to college to complete their education.
